Cash is accepted for co-pays, co-insurance and all premium services
Cancellation Policy
Clients are given (1) cancellation every (3) months, for any reason, without a penalty. A $50 fee, paid by the client, will be assessed for the 2nd cancellation and a full payment due for every session thereafter. If cancellations become excessive the client may be terminated from therapy and/or referred to another therapist.
